Noyan Worldwide
Your Wellness. Your Legacy.
April 23 to 25, 2027 · Interest list now openThe Noyan Haven Retreat
Three days, two nights. A private villa on quiet land outside Charlotte. No more than nine women.
The over-functioning you have been praised for your whole life is the exact thing making you sick.
This is where your body learns the reverse.

You have already done the work
You cleaned up your plate. Again.
The supplements are lined up on the counter. You are hitting your steps. You moved bedtime up an hour and you are protecting it. You have read the labels in the aisle and put back most of what you picked up, because you take what the shelf offers you in spaces that were never built with you in mind.
And you are still waking at 2am for no reason you can point to. The 3pm drop still arrives on schedule. Coffee stopped touching it months ago.
The labs came back normal. The fatigue did not.
Somewhere in there you started to wonder whether this is just your body now. Whether wellness is one more system that will study you, sell to you, and leave you to work it out alone, the way the women before you had to.
You are not imagining it. And you are not the problem.
What almost no one has said to you plainly
Your strength stopped being the solution. It became the signal.
You were required to be twice as good to be seen at all. So you built a body that could do it.
That body has carried the load so long it now reads the load as baseline. Sustained cortisol elevation suppresses thyroid signalling, which is exactly why the panel comes back clean while the exhaustion sits where it has always been. Your labs are measuring a system that has already adapted. They are not measuring the cost of the adaptation.
This is not a character flaw. It is not a willpower gap. Your nervous system did precisely what it was asked to do, for years, without complaint.
Here is why nothing has held.
Underneath conscious thought, your nervous system runs a continuous scan for threat or safety. Porges called that neuroception. It settles the question before you have any say in it. And no amount of correct information overrides a body that has not registered safety in the first place. You cannot think your way out of a state your body is holding.
Your body has to feel the other setting. Once. Clearly enough to find its way back.
That is the only thing this retreat is built to do.
What this is, and what it is not
This is not a beautiful weekend that lifts you and sets you back down into your life unchanged. You have had that one. It is the reason you are careful now.
This is not more information. Information was never your gap.
And nobody here is going to ask you to want less, slow down, or step back from what you are building. Your ambition is not the problem. Your health is the engine underneath it, and right now you are running that engine down to protect a pace that is costing you the thing you are chasing.
What this is: a place that lights one reflex.
You learn to read your own depletion. You answer it by subtracting instead of adding. You sort what stays and what goes by running it through who you have decided to be. One reflex, lit and rehearsed inside a container built to catch you.
You do not leave healed. You leave with the sensor online and one reflex lit.
Why a retreat and not another program
Because your body has to be in the room.
A course hands you more to know. Knowing was never the gap.
A weekly call cannot lift the demands of your daily life for long enough that your system actually stands down. What your nervous system needs is an environment asking nothing of it, for long enough that it believes the request has genuinely stopped.
So the whole place is engineered around the absence of demand. Your bags get taken. A drink is already waiting. Nothing on the schedule has to be performed. You have your own room with a door you can close, because rest that requires you to manage your proximity to another person is not rest.
And you are in a house with other regulated bodies, which matters more than it sounds. Nervous systems settle each other through cues of safety, face and voice and breath, below the level of conversation. A body that has forgotten how to down-regulate borrows the signal from bodies nearby that remember.
That is a mechanism, not atmosphere. It is also one of the reasons this cannot be done alone at home.
The three days
Short on purpose. Less is the lesson.
Your body decides it is safe before your mind agrees.
You arrive on your own time to a quiet house. Sound at a frequency that lets you settle. Herbal drinks formulated to steady you, running through every part of the weekend. A first meal at a long table. A sound bath to close the day. Then the night is yours. Nothing is asked of you. That is the whole of day one.
The load gets named. Then you set one piece of it down.
In the morning you find out what has actually been happening in your body, delivered as your own data rather than a lecture. In the afternoon, when you are most settled, you do the one thing the weekend is built around. You name a load you have been carrying. You say it out loud. You set it down. And you register that nothing collapses. This is the hour that makes it ignition instead of a spa weekend with slides.
You leave with the reflex lit and a hand still on your back.
Your own plan, built around subtraction rather than five new demands. A slow close. Food if you want it, quiet if you want it, devices down, no agenda. And before you drive home, you know exactly who has you for the ninety days it takes to root.
The table
A private chef in the house for every meal you eat here.
Think about the last meal you did not have to negotiate.
Not whether it was healthy. Whether you had to explain yourself to get it. To a server, a host, a menu, a table of people waiting while you asked what was in the sauce.
That negotiation is small. It is also a demand, and your system has been absorbing it at every meal for years.
There is a chef on site for all three days. Not catering left at the door. A chef cooking for nine women whose depletion patterns are known before anyone arrives.
Your intake goes to the kitchen weeks ahead. Allergies, intolerances, restrictions, medications that change what you absorb, foods that are simply hard for you. You will not spend one meal here explaining yourself or eating around something.
The food runs on the same clinical logic as the rest of the weekend. A sustained stress load pulls down magnesium, B vitamins and iron, and it destabilizes blood sugar in a way that keeps a nervous system braced. So the meals are built for mineral density and steady energy. Nothing on the table asks your body to work harder while it is trying to stand down.
And it is beautiful. Precision is not the same as austerity. Heritage food, cooked well, passed hand to hand at a long table, because shared food is one of the oldest safety signals a mammalian nervous system has.
Nobody hands you a meal plan. You get fed, deliberately, for three days. Your body notices before you decide anything about it.
- What is coveredEvery meal, every day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and what sits between them. No outside meals, no add-on food cost.
- Built aroundMineral repletion, blood sugar stability, and inflammatory load. The three levers that move most in a system running on stress debt.
- Handled in advanceAllergies. Intolerances. Cultural and religious restrictions. Medication interactions. Personal aversions. Collected at intake, designed around before you arrive.
- The herbal layerFormulated drinks, teas and mocktails running through the weekend as an ambient thread. Not a workshop you have to attend.
- The translationA sentence or two of biological context per meal. A seed, not a lecture. You eat first. The mechanism comes second.
What you leave with
Here your body registers a safety it may not have felt in years. And you leave able to find your way back to it on your own. Without the room. Without me. Without anyone managing it for you.
That last part is the promise the last place did not keep. This one is built to keep it.
You are not dropped at the door
The weekend lights the reflex. The ninety days after are what let it hold.
You are walking back into the exact life that shaped the old pattern. Same demands, same people, same defaults. A reflex lit once does not survive that on willpower.
So the continuation is not sold to you afterward. It is built into your place from the start.
- Four group calls with your cohort, around day 7, 28, 50 and 88
- They get further apart on purpose. Heaviest at re-entry, lightest by the end
- A quiet thread with your cohort between calls. Not a Facebook group
- The card you wrote on the last morning. That is the whole curriculum
- No app. No portal. No tracker. No streak. Nothing to submit
- Designed so you cannot fail it. There is nothing here to fall behind on
That last one is not a nicety. If your pattern is the one I think it is, you read a missed task as evidence something is wrong with you. So there is nothing here to miss.
Your only job in the first thirty days is to run the reflex once, at home, in real conditions. Catch one signal. Make one subtraction. Notice that nothing collapsed. Once is enough to count.
At day ninety you are invited into The Noyan Haven, an ongoing community at $97 a month, so you continue among women who understand this work. That part is optional and separate. The ninety days that protect the reflex are not. They are already yours.
You will not leave feeling you are holding this alone. That is structural here, not a sentiment.
This room is small
Which means it is not right for everyone. That is the point.
This room is for you if
- You have reached for help before and been let down at least once, and you are still looking.
- You look fine from the outside and you are quietly running on fumes underneath.
- You already care about how your food is sourced.
- You do not want to be fixed or handed another protocol.
- You want to understand what your body is doing and learn to work with it.
It is not the right room if
- You have not tried anything yet and cannot feel the problem sharply.
- You want someone to hand you the one plan that finally lets you disappear into it.
That is not what happens here. Telling you plainly is more useful to you than filling a seat.
The investment
Starting at $2,000.
Your place covers the villa and your own private room. Every meal with the private chef. All facilitation, clinical and somatic. Your personalized items. The herbal formulations. And the full ninety-day continuation. No tiers, no upsell, nothing added at the door.
This is priced for what it is. A woman who has been failed by cheaper things is right to be wary of them. This is not that.
How this works
An application, not a checkout.
-
Join the interest list
The short form below. No cost, no commitment. It tells me who is out there and lets me send you the details as they lock.
-
Applications open to this list first
Before anything goes public. Nine seats, so the list will almost certainly be longer than the room.
-
You apply
A longer form about where you actually are. Not a quiz. It exists so neither of us spends a conversation on a room that was never the right one.
-
We talk, if you want to
A real conversation before anything is decided. Some women want it. Some prefer to decide from what is written. Both are fine.
-
Your place is confirmed
If it fits for both of us, you are invoiced and your seat is held. Onboarding starts immediately, including the intake that goes to the chef.

Before you ask
The questions that actually come up
Why does it start at $2,000?
Because of what that number is actually paying for. It covers the villa and your own private room, every meal prepared on-site by a private chef built around your body's specific needs, all facilitation, your personalized items, the herbal formulations, and the full ninety-day continuation afterward.
I cannot disappear for three days.
Part of that is logistics and part of it is not, and the two are worth separating. Coverage, care, the calendar, the people who rely on you. Those are solvable with lead time. The other part is the belief that the structure holds because you are holding it. Worth testing rather than accepting, because it is very close to the assumption the weekend is built to examine.
What if I have dietary restrictions or a medical condition?
Bring them. Your intake goes to the chef weeks ahead, and every meal is designed around what your body can actually use. Clinical considerations, medication interactions, allergies, cultural and religious restrictions. All handled before you arrive, not improvised at the table.
Do I have to share in front of the group?
No. The work on day two runs graded. One partner is the floor, the group is optional, and both are complete. That is a design decision, not a courtesy. Being pushed to perform vulnerability in front of eight people activates the exact response day one spends its whole length settling.
Is this a wellness retreat?
Not in the way that word usually lands. No cleanse, no mindset work, no plan to follow when you get home. The weekend lights one reflex, read your own depletion then subtract in response, and hands you a structure that keeps it alive for ninety days after.
Why only nine women?
Because the day two work needs a room small enough that every woman can be tracked and caught. Nine is a design constraint, not a scarcity tactic. It does not scale up without changing what the weekend is.
Your sensors were accurate the whole time. You have not had the conditions to read them.
