Frequently asked questions

04 questions
Are Noyan Haven Retreats only for Black women?

The Noyan Haven Retreat was created to center and celebrate Black women, Indigenous women, and women of color (BIWOC) in wellness and travel. Our experiences are thoughtfully designed with BIWOC in mind. While our community primarily reflects that focus, we are inclusive and welcome all guests who respect and align with the intention and energy of our spaces.

Who should I contact if I have more questions about Noyan Haven Retreats?

If you have questions before booking, we’re happy to help. You can connect with us through email at support@noyanworldwide.com. If you’ve already registered for a retreat, your retreat host will be your primary point of contact—they’ll guide you through the details and support you leading up to your experience.

What’s included in a Noyan Haven Retreat package?

Each Noyan Haven Retreat includes a curated set of accommodations, programming, and experiences specific to the destination. Please review the package details listed on the individual retreat page for a complete outline of inclusions.

What are the cancellation and refund terms for Noyan Haven Retreats?

Your registration is confirmed on the date your deposit is received. Your $250 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, since it covers costs we commit to on your behalf as soon as you register.

Retreat attendee cancellation

If you cancel, you owe nothing further on your payment plan. Any installments not yet paid are canceled, and what you’ve already paid beyond your deposit is refunded according to the window your cancellation date falls into:

  • Cancel by January 23, 2027: 50% of payments made (beyond your deposit) are refunded
  • Cancel between January 24 and March 9, 2027: 25% of payments made are refunded
  • Cancel between March 10 and 23, 2027: 15% of payments made are refunded
  • Cancel on or after March 24, 2027: no refund is available

Your $250 deposit is never refunded, under any of these windows.

Exceptions may be considered on an individual basis and must be submitted in writing to support@noyanworldwide.com.

This is a domestic retreat, and we don’t provide travel insurance as part of registration. If your schedule carries any uncertainty between now and the retreat date, we recommend purchasing your own travel insurance, including a “cancel for any reason” option, to protect your payment.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 30 days of your cancellation date.

Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, by registering and authorizing charges on your card, you agree to pay the full amount shown on your invoice on each date in your payment schedule. Your card or payment method must stay active and funded for the full schedule. The full balance is due March 1, 2027, regardless of your payment schedule.

If a payment is declined and you don’t provide an alternate payment method, your registration may be released. A release for a missed payment is not itself a cancellation and doesn’t trigger a refund on its own. To receive any refund you’re entitled to, you need to contact us directly to confirm your cancellation; refunds are then calculated using the window your communicated cancellation date falls into, same as above. Your deposit remains non-refundable in every case.

Retreat host cancellation

Noyan Worldwide reserves the right to cancel the retreat for attendee safety, government policy, or any circumstance outside our control. If the retreat is canceled by the host, you’ll receive full credit toward a future Noyan Haven retreat, valid for one year.

Limitation of liability for unforeseen circumstances

Noyan Worldwide, our facilitators, and our venue partners aren’t liable for a canceled retreat due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government action, national emergencies, illness outbreaks, or failure of transportation, power, or communication systems.
